Educational Ministries

FAITH FORMATION CLASSES
Our Parish Faith Formation includes weekly faith formation classes for students in grades Junior Kindergarten through eighth grade. These classes prepare students for their faith journey and to receive their First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation sacraments. Faith Formation also includes the Junior Youth Ministry Program.

RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION OF ADULTS(RCIA)
RCIA is the process used to initiate and confirm new members into our Church. It concerns itself with the formation of the person so that person can believe, live, pray and serve with the community. This gradual development accepts each person where he or she is and culminates in the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist.

BAPTISM PREPARATION
Baptisms are scheduled with the priests of the parish. A Baptismal Preparation Class is offered the first Monday of each month at 7:30 pm for parents and godparents.

COUPLES FOR CHRIST
Couples for Christ is a movement intended for the renewal and strengthening of Christian Family Life. It seeks to follow Jesus Christ's instruction to bring God's message of salvation to all. CFC is now established in about 120 countries throughout the world. Married couples, single parents, divorced men and women, widows and widowers, mature men and women, youth and children are all welcome.

CURSILLO
The emphasis of the Cursillo Movement is to have people experience God's love via a beautiful three-day weekend retreat and then develop a closer personal relationship with Him while trying to make a positive difference in themselves and the world; their work environment, friends, parish and family.

MARRIAGE ENCOUNTER
A weekend experience designed to help married couples communicate more intimately with one another in order to deepen and enrich their relationship.

MEN'S FAITH SHARING GROUP
Meets on Saturday mornings from 7:30 - 9:00 am to promote Christian Fellowship for Catholic men, utilizing the study of Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition.
