Confused about Scrip? Not sure what it's all
about? Read the following letter or check out our Scrip
Frequently Asked Questions.
Dear Resurrection Families, Friends
and Supporters,
Whether you’re a new or returning
family, we hope you will take a few minutes to review the enclosed Scrip
information. Returning families,
please note that several program changes have been implemented since last
year, as outlined below.
Why
should you support Scrip?
It’s
Profitable: Scrip is the single, largest PTG fundraiser with a
target of $25,000, representing over 25% of PTG’s total fundraising
budget for the year. What’s
more, if every family participates we could even exceed our goal,
providing more money to the school for enrichment programs, classroom
activities, etc.
It’s
Easy and Flexible: Scrip is probably the easiest, most
efficient way for you to help raise money for the school.
And, with many program options and ways to participate, there’s
sure to be an option(s) that suits your lifestyle and shopping
preferences. Simply purchase Paper Scrip - gift certificates to be used
like cash - and/or register for one or more of the other Scrip programs
including eScrip, Schoolpop, and Albertson's and you’re done!
As you shop at participating merchants throughout the school year,
a percentage of your purchases are automatically contributed to the
school. It’s that easy!
How
to Sign Up: If you are a new family or a new
Scrip supporter, please reference the enclosed
Scrip Fundraiser Program Matrix for more information on the program and
details on how to participate.
